Daniel Boscaljon leadership consulting

Leadership Consultant & Founder of Peerless Leadership

Daniel Boscaljon, PhD is the founder of Peerless Leadership, a leadership consulting firm based in Wyoming. He works with organizations to develop leaders who can navigate complexity, respond effectively under pressure, and build strong, productive teams.

Daniel works closely with leadership teams to address the challenges that affect everyday work — how decisions are made, how communication breaks down, and how teams function under pressure.

His work focuses on the underlying dynamics that influence workplace culture, helping organizations move through conflict, strengthen working relationships, and create environments where people can do their best work.

Drawing on his experience as a facilitator and certified mediator, Daniel brings a structured and practical approach to leadership development.

Rather than offering abstract strategies, he works directly within the realities organizations face, helping leaders respond more effectively to complexity, tension, and change.

Welcome!

I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a leadership consultant and certified mediator, and the founder of Peerless Leadership. Through this work, I partner with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve communication, and support teams in working more effectively together.

I also serve as Director of Research and Program Development for the Institute for Trauma-Informed Relationships, which provides certification for therapists, coaches, and other helping professionals.

In 2020, I co-founded Alchemy of Love with Angela Amias to offer resources and guidance on relationships and the impact of trauma. Through our articles, podcast, and classes, Alchemy of Love has reached a wide audience of individuals and couples.

My interest in understanding what makes life meaningful led me to pursue doctoral studies in Religious Studies and English, and I continue that work through ongoing study in Depth Psychology.

I’ve authored and edited five books and a number of research articles. If you’d like to know more about my academic work, you can check out my C.V.
